Painting
Painting & decorating is one of our most favourite jobs. We are very good at it. We offer three different options for you painting and deco needs. Budget Works Option, which is quick and cheap and includes slight undercoat repairs. Medium Option includes the jobs needing better guality painting and extra repairs, And lastly the First Class Option which includes major repairs and replastering or skimming, repairing the bumpy walls and ceilings plus applying the best quality paint available in the market.
Plastering
If there has been a leak in the ceiling and you have had part of the walls or ceiling damaged and you have now the time and resources for having it fixed, then you need to call us. You may need to replaster wholy or partly and get a good looking finish, then we must tell you that we have done that for quite a few people and we have changed the look of a much damaged room to a brand new looking one.
Electrics
Our typical electrical works includes: Electrical emergency same day service, external / internal lighting, CCTV, fused spurs, lighting repairs & installs, replacement of any electrical components, security lighting installations, rewiring of existing or new electrical circuits, emergency lighting repairs and testing, Portable Appliance Testing and certification, adding points (sockets & switches), garden & Patio lighting
Tiling
Sometimes you may not be quite ready for a bathroom replacement but do not mind to have a small job of tiling around the sink done for you. If this is the case, you are in the right place. Call us today and we will pay a visit to give you an idea and get that sorted for you.
Plumbing
Do you need to replace a broken tap, Plumbing the pipes, install isolation valves, stop cocks repairs, Blocked toilets, sinks, showers and bath tubs, toilet replacements, toilet flushing systems and cisterns fix, Leaks, overflows, floods, burst pipes, cartridges and shower valves repairs and installs, water tanks, thermostats, showers, etc. We cover all of these
Bathrooms
You might just need to change your shower head, add a shower screen, install a fan in your bathroom, replace a single cracked tile, change the PVC seals all around the bathroom or a complete bathroom remodel, then we are there to help you!
Kitchen & Refurbs
We have successfully completed a good dozen of total refurbs across greater london. Three of which was for the same investor. Links or rights to enquiry will be given upon request!
Fencing
We have erected a few hundreds of metres of fencing for peices of lands or gardens for our customers. We have repaired or painted fences for them. Created partition fencing of gardens, etc.
Window & Door
Whether you need to refurb your SASH windows or just a touch up repair and paint on them, replace or refurb the front door, install fire rated doors, replce broken hinges, replace door or window knobs, add extra security mechanisms you will find us efficient and helpful for this
